I walked in this week to have my watch looked at and repaired. Raymond was so helpful, courteous and professional. He took the time to answer all of my questions, and he did a great job. I have purchased clocks from times ticking in the past as well as used their services for multiply things. They are a great company, and I would recommend them to anyone.

Trevor was very helpful and courteous while he gave my timepiece a very much needed tune up. He went above and beyond his duties to explain the watch and even adjusted it to fit even better than new. I would highly recommend Times Ticking to anyone with a valued timepiece.

I took 4 wife’s watches in that hadn’t been used in some time.
I met Hayden. (My wife was in another store). I asked him to talk up my wife’s watches if they deserved it. He did so and really appreciated all the watches. Even the Russian with Cyrillic alphabet. Trevor supplied pleasant conversation while I waited for Hayden. I never thought I would buy a watch for fashion reasons. Hayden had me try a slim Bering watch (the old Skagen). It was a revelation. I’ve usually been divers exclusive. The Italian leather strap made such a difference. I’m so happy with my new unexpected watch.

Wonderful and professional service, (also affordable!) I had some of my mother’s old watches restored and they work great ! Hayden fixed up the watches and did a wonderful job! Will definitely go back.

When my wife told me she took my favorite watch to the mall for a battery I was expecting her to have gotten ripped off. My watch is now looking sharper than it has in years with a new battery and water seal. I’m beyond thrilled my wife was taken care of with integrity by Raymond. I’ll be bringing my watch here going forward.

Had a watch needing a battery replacement and was recommended here. Raymond helped me out, got everything taken care of and in a much shorter time than I was expecting. Go have Raymond help you if you have any watch repair/battery needs. Well worth it.

Extremely pleased. I have a Skagen watch that isn’t made anymore and Raymond searched high and low to find me a new crystal face that fit. Great communication throughout the repair process and they were fast too. Price was fair and I’m happy with the end result.

I have been looking for a watch band for my granddaughters gizmo watch. My search has not not been very successful until I stopped into times ticking at Layton hills mall. Raymond was very kind and patient. He asked her what she liked and worked to fit the band to her wrist. The whole experience was very positive.

I have been to Time’s Ticking multiple times and each time the staff has been professional, prompt and very accommodating. Raymond replaced the band on my favorite watch and went beyond the call of duty by making sure all the pins were upgraded and stronger than the standard so that the watch was sure to survive all the grind and rough treatment it is subjected to during my obstacle course races. Thanks Raymond for making my experience so great! Definitely will return again.

I went to the Layton, UT location to service and replace the battery of my unique Citizen watch that is Mickey Mouse themed. The service received from both Ray and Ishla was excellent.The servicing on the watch was finished before I figured it would take. I was told what had been done and what to watch out for. I highly recommend them.

Great service. Had the wristband adjusted on my Citizen watch and paid a reasonable, one-time fee for lifetime adjustments on it. Went back in since I wanted it adjusted a little more and Makenna got right on it. Service was quick and she was very friendly.

We were so happy with the service we received. We needed a repair on my husband’s watch, and another watch repair place told us they couldn’t find the necessary part to fix it. I found Times Ticking online since they repair Wittnauer watches. They were very pleasant on the phone. I appreciated the email updates. We got the watch back quickly, and it runs perfectly again. Would highly recommend this company, and we would use them again!

Prices are a bit steep, but they got great stuff! Raymond is exceptional as well, loved all the information he gave me– No pressure to buy something (though he made it tempting) which is a breath of fresh air in the mall scene. Can’t wait to come back for my next watch!

I had a great experience with Times Ticking. My watch had set in a drawer for a year. Finally decided to get it fixed. Sent it to Times Ticking, they called and told me what the problem and how much it would be. The price seemed to be reasonable. I agreed and received the repaired watch within a couple of weeks.It has worked perfectly for last few months!

I had another jewelry store in the mall replace my battery in my fossil watch. They couldn’t get the metal back pressed back on and told me to go to Times Ticking because they knew they could do it. I went in and Ray and Andrew were so helpful and they were able to put the back on my watch without any problems. I’ll definitely be going there first next time I need a new battery!

Great customer service from Simon and Ray today! Took my watch in that wasn’t working correctly and they quickly realized it just needed a new battery. They offered me different options and the repair was done in just minutes. Great place for a quick repair and great service!

I went into Times ticking today, Thursday, 10 Jan 2019, in the Newgate Mall, for some assistance on a repair of a watch band. Andrew and Noah were outstanding in their assistance. They were personable, professional, and quite knowledgeable in their assistance. While most watch shops only sell their products, Andrew and Noah were extremely helpful in assisting me in the repair of my Seiko dive watch. You are fortunate to have them in your store. I highly recommend this duo for all of your watch needs. Thank you, Andrew and Noah.

Got my Diesel adjusted a few weeks ago and I’m still super satisfied with the fit. It took three attempts but Raymond was patient with my back and forth and was fine letting me watch him work. Definitely coming back for all my watch needs going forward. Kudos to Raymond!

I had dropped one of my watches on a tile floor … ouch … and it stopped working immediately. Times Ticking was able to give me an assessment and an estimate on the spot. Unfortunately, it was not worth repairing. Another watch needed a new battery. I replaced the battery myself yesterday but then could not get the back to snap back on. They needed to use their watch press in order to reattach it. The charge for that service was $5 but it was something I could not do it myself.
The staff in their store is so helpful and friendly. We spent quite a bit of time looking at their lovely Rhythm Motion clocks and the young man who helped us patiently answered every question we had and demonstrated them for us well. I was very impressed with their staff.

Simon helped me get my watch battery changed. He took time to explain my options that were available to me. He was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done and why. The process was fast and he was finished before I knew it. I definitely recommend Simon to help you with your watch maintenance.

Times Ticking was very professional and did I great job fixing my Vestal watch. I had never heard of them but I needed to fix my watch so I sent it to them. They were very informative as to how much it would cost to fix and the status of the parts. The whole process took about a month. Watch looks great! If you need to fix your watch and can’t do it locally I highly recommend you send it to Times Ticking.

I went in to learn about a vintage pocket watch. Raymond was very helpful, courteous and friendly. He checked the watch with care and then looked it up on a database and let me copy the information. Fantastic service. I would definitely go there again and would highly recommend it to anyone!

Every time I need something having to do with our watches I always wait until I’m up here from Utah County to come to Times Ticking in the mall. Went in again yesterday with 2 watches needing some minor repair and Simon was super helpful and had the watches fixed so quickly. The courtesy and quickness is super helpful and much appreciated.

I was just in the store browsing and Raymond offered to show me what’s new for them. He educated me what to ask myself to find the watch that’s best for me without making me feel like I was with a sales person ready to check off another customer for the day. I also love how the store is a full repair place as well! I will definitely be back next month with my hubby to by us watches.

What a great and very convenient place to go to! My G-Shock watch just died on me all of a sudden and I needed to get a battery in it asap. Raymond greeted me very kindly and was very knowledgeable on my watch and what it needed and got it working again in a fast, timely manner. Even got it cleaned up very nicely too. I recommend going here for anything watch (and clock) related. You will be glad you did!

Quick, easy and hassle-free. The gentlemen I dealt with were not only professional and quick to update me on each step of the process, they were patient and enjoyable to speak with on the phone. I am happy to be back wearing my watches every day and they work perfectly again. It took about three days for my watches to arrive at their facility, four days for them to get approval for each step and get each of my watches fixed (I sent in 4, only one ended up being a more in-depth fix while the others were check up/new batteries) and two days to get them back in my mailbox, good as new. I am very pleased with the entire process and would absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs their watches fixed.

I found Times Ticking by searching watch repair on the web.
I had two sterling silver watches that were fixing to be thrown away due to lack of repair options. I used Times Ticking for my repair and could not be happier. Repairs were made in a timely manner. They were quick to respond on the repairs needed and the cost. Cost were very reasonable and I will be using this service again when needed. Great Job!!

They did exactly what they promised. I had a very unique watch (a Tommy Bahama’s watch) and it wasn’t working at all. I sent the watch to them, they got it to work, absolutely fantastic! The price maybe a little bit challenging, however, understanding the type of watch I had, I understand, they will work with you. They are professionals. The work is absolutely professional. I had several issues with my Bulova mechanical watch, including running too fast. They not only fixed it, but it is better than when I bought it new. Amazing! And the only place I recommend for service.

Trying to find a watch maker to replace a Swiss Army Watch battery is easy but one who repairs a Swiss Army “Officer’s 1894 square faced” watch was next to impossible in the SF Bay Area. Further Google research connected me to “Ticking Times” in Utah and great success!
I sent my watch, received a prompt arrival confirmation and subsequent estimate of repairs & offer of cleaning & polishing. The entire process was skillfully completed with beautiful results in approx. 2-3 weeks.

Recently my Father-in-law passed away and my Mother-in-law gave me two of his watches. One was a Rolex and the;other a Movado. My Father-in-law enjoyed these watches and so it was an honor to get both of these to remember him by. Only problem is my wrists are skinnier than his and needed some links taken out of the bands. Having gone to Times Ticking in Layton Hills Mall in the past for other watches needing links removed or batteries, and always pleased with the great service, we knew where we needed to go to have the links removed in these two newly acquired watches. Caleb was the one who helped us today and he was very pleasant and personable to us. I was expecting several days before they would be ready for pickup, but Caleb said to come back in 15 to 20 minutes and they would be ready. We took a little longer walking through the mall, but upon our return to Times Ticking, Caleb had one of them ready. He apologized and explained that the other watch needed to go to their repair shop due to the special links on it and it would be a few days before being ready. Even though both watches weren’t finished at the same time, Caleb’s friendly interaction with an honest explanation in having to wait for the other watch to be ready wasn’t even an issue and we were very pleased with his level of service. Once again our expectations with Times Ticking were exceeded and we will definitely be back. I would recommend Times Ticking as the place to go for all your time keeping repairs, sales and service.

Very good service. They repaired my old Baby G and cleaned it up. It now looks better than it has in probably 10 years. The keeper for the watch band broke years ago and I made one from a small zip tie. Times Ticking replaced it without me asking and at no charge. That was a pleasant surprise. Many times small gestures and great customer service say a lot about a company and people. You have earned a new return customer.

This is my second time to deal with Times Ticking. Again, they have performed the services in excellent manner. When my watch was returned to me, it looked better than when I sent it to them. Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They called to authorize the needed work, but failed to call me to tell me that my watch was in the return mail. That was unusual as they called me the first time I worked with them.. I have another watch passed down from my father that I will be sending next time. Thanks for a great job and as usual I will return.
